2025 Membership Options
Funeral Homes that join in the month of November will have their membership through to December 31 of the following year at no extra cost.
The NEW OFSA fee for a funeral home establishment is a $150 registration for your first location and $10 for an affiliated location + $2.33 for combined location registered calls reported to the BAO – Nov 1 – Oct 31 of the previous year.

This membership is for individual funeral professionals in need of continuing education and wanting to be a part of the funeral service community. It is valid for the year purchased and includes access to www.ofsaeducation.org, preferred pricing on OFSA events and workshops, and various other benefits.
The fee for this membership is $195.00. When you sign up as a new member in the month of November, you can receive a $50 discount using Promocode OFSA2024

As per the OFSA By laws funeral home owners are not eligible for this membership.
